Berea's Owsley Fork Reservoir is a 150 acre, public access lake tucked between the beautiful Kentucky valleys. The lake offers excellent, scenic opportunities for fishing, kayaking, picnicking, or just enjoying the stillness and quiet of the countryside and wildlife. A variety of fish have been caught at Owsley Fork including: Carp, Largemouth Bass, Redear Sunfish, Catfish, Bream, and Bluegill. The Reservoir is surrounded by foot trails and fishing spots.
There are two main access points for the Reservoir and one boat ramp. The boat ramp is located off Radford Hollow Rd. and suitable for most boat types. Kayaks, canoes, and smaller boats can access the Reservoir from either point. The Owlsey Fork Road entrance features a small park, perfect for a picnic, camp chairs and fishing for the whole family.
Owsley Fork is a Berea reservoir where swimming is prohibited. No amenities provided. Please help keep Berea beautiful and pack out what you bring in. Fishing permits required.
