Katie Startzman makes delicious bagels daily, a lot like they do in New York, using an 18-hour fermentation process that draws out maximum flavor. We also add a Kentucky touch, boiling the bagels in water with just a bit of sorghum syrup. Add delicious cream cheese flavors like Honey Rosemary, Maple Bacon, or Veggie Herb or enjoy a breakfast sandwich with local sausage and eggs.
Mae Suramek serves out-of-this-world noodles infused with rich Thai, Indian, and Chinese influences. Thick rice noodles in a rich coconut curry, fresh egg noodles with roasted chicken, spicy lemongrass noodle soup, and much more! Customers get the full culinary experience and build their own noodle bowls (with a little help from us, of course).
Berea College Farm Store
The Berea College Farm Store is the retail outlet for pasture-raised meats and certified organic vegetables grown by the students on the Berea College Farm.
We also serve sandwiches, soups, and more with ingredients grown on our own farm.
